How much do I have to spend for free delivery?
To keep our product prices as low as possible, their is no standard fixed level for free delivery. Delivery charges are kept to a minimum, based on weight, not price - so you aren't charged a higher baseline postage and packing charge. Delivery starts at just £2.50.

What is the guaranteed cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
If you place your order with us before 12:00 (GMT) on a valid working day (unless otherwise stated), we will dispatch your order on the same day. This isn't to say that it wont be dispatched beyond 12:00 (GMT), but that we just can't guarantee it. If you're case is particularly urgent, please contact us directly and we may well be able to help you.

What is your standard default delivery service?
Our default delivery service is Royal Mail (signed-for).

Can I pick up my order?
No, we're afraid not. Our premesis are not setup or suitable for access by the general public.

I missed a delivery and received a card. What do I do now?
We deliver during standard working hours. If for some reason you were not present to collect you goods, a card should have been left to collect from your nearest delivery depot.

What countries do you currently deliver to?
We currently deliver to valid UK addresses. You are unable to register with a non-UK address for this reason. If you are based outside the UK, but are interested in any of our products, please contact us and we will happily discuss your needs.

What is your returns policy if I change my mind?
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), consumers have the right to a 7-day 'cooling off' period from purchases bought via internet, fax, phone etc. Hammer Health actually offers a 14-day return policy, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products cannot be opened for this policy to apply. Returned products must be in as-new condition, intact in original packaging and must be received from the customer before the refund can be processed. All Products should be returned to us by shopping carriers with a safe method with proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local carrier of choice). Delivery and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable, as the carrier will NOT refund the postage (or packing) costs back to us after they processed the shipment. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred for returning the product to us. In the case of Hammer Health making a mistake in shipping the wrong product, a full refund or exchange will be offered immediately.

My goods have arrived damaged, what now?
In the unlikely event that the unit arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please write a detailed description on the drivers paperwork, signed by yourself. Please alert us (preferrably by phone) within 7 days of the delivery date. We will happily arrange for a full refund or an exchange will be offered immediately.
